California Privacy Rights

California Consumer Privacy Act Disclosure Addendum

This California Consumer Privacy Act disclosure addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Rescu Privacy Policy, effective November 1, 2021. Our Privacy Policy describes the personal information that we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, the limited circumstances under which we share personal information, and with whom we share it. Categories Of Personal Information Collected

The personal information that Rescu collects, or has collected, from consumers in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Addendum fall into the following categories established by the California Consumer Privacy Act:

  • Identifiers such as a real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, internet protocol address, email address, account name, signature or other similar identifiers.
  • Commercial information, including records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement.
  • Bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, but only in connection with the purchase of our products and services.
  • Your physical characteristics description and/or medical condition, but only if provided in connection with the use of our products and services.
  • Geolocation data of your mobile device or dynamic location of service, but only in connection with the use of our products and services if you consent to the collection of such information.
  • Entrance, gate or similar security codes, but only in connection with the use of our products and services.
  • Professional or employment-related information, but only if provided in connection with the use of our products and services.
  • Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
Categories Of Personal Information Disclosed For A Business Purpose

The personal information that Rescu has disclosed about consumers for a business purpose in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Addendum fall into the following categories established by the California Consumer Privacy Act: 

  • Identifiers such as a real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, internet protocol address, email address, account name, signature or other similar identifiers.
  • Commercial information, including records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.

Right To Request Access To Or Deletion Of Personal Information

You may have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act, to request information about the personal information we obtain from you, or to request access to, or deletion of your personal information.  If you are interested in any of these rights please contact Rescu using the “How to Contact Us” information below.

If you delete personal information, you may not be able to take advantage of some or all of our products and services, or some or all features within the products and services we provide.

Sale Of Personal Information.  We do not sell your personal information

In the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Addendum, Rescu has not sold any personal information of any consumer.  

No Discrimination

Rescu will not discriminate against any consumer for the valid exercise of a right under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
